Do you think im safe from this trojan?

-i was so dumb that a downloaded a bot for runescape called epicbot. Then a few days later my runescape account got hacked. I found out that epicbot has trojans and keyloggers. i scaned my computer (full scan) with kaspersky 2010 and malware bytes and they both deleted the infections they could find. on my kaspersky radar it says it never detected a trojan but it did detect adware. do you think i deleted this trojan? if not then how can i?Please Try this way To Remove Trojan Horse in you Computer First Use Manual steps to turn off or turn on System Restore

After Finish Remove Trojan Horse Restart You Computer To Be Normal Then After Turn On System Restore.Steps to turn on System Restore

3. Click to clear the Turn off System Restore check box. Or, click the Turn off System Restore on all drives check box.

4. Click OK.
