Everytime I install a antivirus software I get a blue screen of death?

-Don't know what could be the cause of this..anyone have any ideas..I'm running windows xpYou may have a virus or Trojan that is blocking installation of new programs.



Try starting the PC in "Safe Mode With Networking". Then download and install MALWAREBYTES.



Run a full scan and it should remove the problem.



Safe Mode is entered by pressing the F8 key just after you turn on the comptuer, before windows loads.

The select SAFE MODE With Networking from the menu and press enter.
Download Microsoft Security Essentials from the Microsoft web site, but when it comes up to download the file choose run soft the Web site actually installs it for you. This may be a way around what ever is going on.
Make sure you have no other AV products on the computer...that will do it right there...also ...make sure when you download the AV product...its compatible with your OS Windows xp 32 or 64 bit.......
use a rescue disk of any good antivirus and do a full scan of your computer.
