How can I fix my computer?

-Recently I attempted to install Windows 7 on my computer which originally operated on Vista. But the installation froze in the middle. Now when I restart my computer, Windows fails to load. When it gives me the option to run from my Windows 7 disc, it always gets.an installation error. So my computer won't load at all. Is there anything I can do?you may have a dodgy disc of windows 7, one that just by chance doesnt work properly rather than you have a pirate. i would suggest wiping your harddrive and then starting again, but i cannot guarentee results and cant advice properly unless i can see what is going on with your computer for myself.



you could try and call microsoft on 0844 800 2400 if you are in the UK. be warned it is about 5p per minute with a connection charge because of the 0844. also i think office hours are 9-5 monday - friday



oh also if you do have a pirate then dont call microsoft, obviously, just throw the disc away and buy another copy
re-install it
