I keep having trouble with this win 7 internet security! Can't take off, Please Help!?

-I can't take it off. I keep trying, I have done everything! Every time I go on the internet it won't let me, and then all of these stinken pop ups keep coming up! Please help! This thing is called Win 7 internet surcurety, and I heard from my friends, that it is a viris, so please help!Install anti-malware software and remove the rogue anti-virus program from your computer properly.

Did a Windows 7 Virus scan pop up yesterday or earlier today and tell you had to perform a scan? Did it then tell you you need to buy an Antivirus upgrade for about 70 dollars? Did it all look very real, very Microsoft? My computer picked up a virus last month that did all this. You have described the same virus I picked up. I had to bring my machine in for some professional help.

Load up in safe mode and download Spybot search and destroy(it's free) Then do a scan and it will remove it...........
