avast or bitdefender will stop you going there if they spot a virus.

but these are the ones i would trust.
other people probably put their faith in other apps.
if you are running windows 7,
just make sure you always have a system image you can reload
so if you get a massive infection
to remove it you just reload your system image.

I don't use it myself because i find Microsoft Security Essentials a lighter easier package to handle.
If not go onto 'Mcafee Siteadvisor' where you type in the web address and it will tell you if anyone has had any problems with it.
