What does you being an 18 year old female have to do with the problem? If this is the second laptop you've infected, it's clear you don't know enough to avoid malware.



You will need to restart your computer(s) in Safe Mode with Networking. This will let them get online. Then you need to install some malware scanners and malware protection. MalwareBytes Anti Malware is a good scanner. Microsoft Security Essentials is probably the best free antivirus out there for someone who doesn't know much about computers and doesn't want to be bothered by update requests. Download and run MBAM in safe mode, then install and run MSE after rebooting to normal mode.
