Virus/Spyware/Malware that disables ALL antivirus?

-Like the title says, I have some sort of virus that has disabled all of my anti-software. I have tried MANY programs (MBAM, HijackThis, Spybot SD, InstallSpy, SpytheSpy, etc...) and they all start up fine then stop working. I believe the problem is when the virus or whatever is scanned by the AV is when it disables it. Then when I try to restart the program I get a message from windows saying: "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access this item." So far the malicious software has not done anything (to my knowledge) besides disabling the AV programs and redirecting me from search engine results.

Please do not leave me an answer telling me to get new antivirus. Has anyone heard of this before, and if so maybe point me in the right direction? To Remove Virus/Malware/Trojan,Fake Anti-Virus, Worm Pop pop up Advertising,

I have not heard of this before, however, I know that this is possible. In the event of any type of malware, you can erase the hard disks, but still have an operating system. Here is how to install an operating system. Be sure to wipe the old hard disks in this.

The following directions are to be performed from when your computer is off.

1. Press the power button on your computer.

2. Immediately after the computer is on, repeatedly press F12, until you are in the Boot Menu.

2a. If the computer boots as normal, turn off the computer, and repeat steps 1-2, replacing the action of pressing F12 with pressing another F-key. You can also attempt using ESC.

3. Either way, you should be in the Boot Menu. Press the button next to your primary CD-ROM.

4. Place an operating system installation disk on the CD-ROM tray.

5. Press the button next to your primary CD-ROM.

6. Use the arrow keys to select the option for booting from your CD-ROM.

7. Press Enter.

8. Press a key.

9. Follow the directions to install the operating system.
