Anyone get a "hi my name is Jenna and Xvid Plugin Virus on web page?

-The ads on upper right side on MSN and some other sites change over to a false flash ad that says, "you are missing the plugin to play this video" it says something about Xvid, then I also get an ad that looks like a facebook chat window, says Hi my name is Jenna wanna chat...".... etc.... Anyone else get this? How do I get it off? is it in the website or on my computer?Scan your computer with updated antivirus for maleware. I think it can remove the virus.
