Question about Avast?

-Lately Avast has been freaking out about EVERY LITTLE THING I do. It says there's a trojan on every site I go to including FB and Youtube. Getting very annoying. And before anyone bitches at me to update it.. I have already updated it. Avast won't let me do anything, should I just go out and actually buy a good antivirus? If so, any suggestions?i always recommend; malwarebytes.com, ccleaner.com, secunia.com and superantispyware.com.

Actually I think Avast is the best one I have ever tried. Try deleting it and downloading it again. If you still hate it go to Filehippo.com and try AVG, it's free also. I have never had any problem with Avast.
