I had to reinstall windows after 2 years that my new computer worked great?

-My bitdefender stopped viruses, but 4 days ago i had to start all over, everything new, but now my computer is slower and the connection is slower and it suppose to be better, i don't get it.

I always have Bitdefender, Malwarebytes, Advanced system care, and SuperAntiSpayware.

Even they didn't stop the Trojan so i had to get my PC fixed.

But now i don't know what's the problem.Did you do a fresh install of Windows as in wipe/format the hard drive. If not, there is still "Old Windows files/folders" that could be causing the issue and as you say, those were infected

Question: Did you have the Malwarebytes' Pro version ?? If not, that's why your pc got infected.
