Security software for ipod touch?

-I heard about this guy who had a program on his laptop, thats quite cool. If hes laptop is stolen, he activates this program from his other pc and the laptop takes a picture of the thief and emails it to the other pc, is there a software like this for ipod touch 4g or any other cool security app? Prefferibly free
